Refund policy
We want you to love your cologne! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened, unused cologne within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging and unused. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns for opened or used products. If you received the wrong or damaged item, we'll be happy to exchange it at no extra charge. To initiate a return, just contact us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide further instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
