1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details about your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Times: International shipping delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Delivery typically takes two weeks or longer depending on customs and other countries restrictions

4. Order Issues

Missing Packages: If your package is lost or you have issues with tracking, please contact us at Robertsonjosh@live.com. We will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please provide photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund either full or partial.

5. Address Changes
